Food and Beverage Sales Executive

The Food and Beverage Sales Reservations role involves managing reservations for dining and special events, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and coordinating with the food and beverage team to optimize service delivery. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, handling bookings, resolving customer inquiries, and assisting with sales promotions as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, requiring a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Culinary concepts and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is preferred
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Familiarity with reservations systems or software is advantageous
