Position Overview

The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing all daily F&B operations across our vibrant outlets—including the hotel’s artisan coffee shop, the breezy Poolside at The Eden bar, and the light, wellness-driven kitchen. This role blends hands-on service, team leadership, and operational excellence to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience from morning espresso to sunset cocktails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of all F&B outlets, including the coffee shop, Poolside bar, and kitchen
  • Lead by example in guest service, barista skills, and food presentation standards
  • Support and supervise baristas, bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff
  • Manage opening/closing procedures, shift scheduling, and break compliance
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, cleanliness, and quality control
  • Assist in inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage supplies
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of F&B on training, team development, and service enhancements
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service concerns promptly and professionally
  • Complete inventory and ordering for all outlets
  • Contribute to menu execution, seasonal updates, and on-brand F&B programming
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in food and beverage leadership, preferably in a hotel or boutique/lifestyle setting
  • Strong working knowledge of barista service, casual bar operations, and light kitchen prep
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask across outlets and shifts with attention to detail
  • ServSafe and/or California Food Handler’s certification required
  • Flexible availability including mornings, weekends, and holidays
