Job Summary

The Matcha Vibes Service Host is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, creating a warm and positive atmosphere, and representing the spirit of the Matcha Vibes community.

You will greet guests, take orders, assist the baristas, maintain cleanliness, and ensure every customer leaves with a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Guide customers through our matcha drinks, food, and signature items.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and warm table service.

Service & Operations

• Take orders through the POS system and handle payments.
• Serve drinks, food, and takeaway items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
• Support baristas during peak hours (running drinks, organizing preparation areas).
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards (Dubai Municipality requirements).

Brand & Community

• Represent the Matcha Vibes culture and philosophy.
• Engage with guests and help build the Matcha Vibes community.
• Assist during events, ceremonies, workshops, and activations.

Teamwork

• Work closely with baristas, kitchen staff, and managers.
• Communicate clearly and maintain a positive team environment.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

• Previous F&B or hospitality experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive energy, clean appearance, and team-player mindset.
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments.
• Basic English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.
