Food & Beverage Attendant – Premium Lounge – MSP Airport!

Portal Lounge, a next-generation airport lounge by Gameway, is hiring both part-time and full-time Food & Beverage Attendants at its new MSP location.

The Food & Beverage Attendant supports both back-of-house and front-of-house operations by assisting with food handling and resetting the fixed banquette buffet area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food handling, plating support, and BOH organization
• Reset and maintain the banquette/buffet area with food, plates, utensils, and Serviceware.
• Ensure food presentation and freshness standards are upheld
• Maintain the cleanliness of the food service and buffet areas
• Communicate needs or issues to kitchen leadership
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of food service or hospitality experience
• Food handling knowledge required
• Ability to work in both BOH and guest-facing FOH environments
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to uphold uniform and grooming standards at all times
• Ability to lift, carry, and arrange service items
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Open availability required, including weekends and holidays, due to airport operations.
