Our waterfront resort features upscale dining, poolside service, private cabanas, and large banquet events. We are seeking motivated team members who enjoy providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel, restaurant, and resort environment.

Competitive Pay – Based on Myrtle Beach Hospitality Market

· Restaurant Servers: $3.09/hr + tips

· Host / Hostess: $12-13 per hour

· Room Service Attendants: $10 per hour + service charge tips

· Pool Food Runners: $10 per hour + tips

· Cabana Food Attendants: $15 per hour + service charge tips

· Pool Bartenders: $6.80 per hour + tips

· Banquet Servers: $3.50 per hour + service charge pool tips

· Banquet A/V Technician: $12 -$15 per hour + service charge pool tips

· Seasonal Prep Cook: $17 – $19 per hour

· PM Line Cook (Part Time): $18 – $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Position)

· Provide exceptional guest service in restaurant, pool, banquet, or room service settings

· Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver promptly

· Maintain clean, organized workstations and dining areas

· Support banquet events, weddings, conferences, and resort functions

· Prepare menu items according to hotel kitchen standards (for culinary roles)

· Assist guests with menu recommendations and resort dining experiences

· Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and service teams

· Maintain professional hospitality standards and appearance

Qualifications

· Previous restaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality experience preferred but not required for all roles

· Strong guest service and communication skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment

· Team-oriented with a positive attitude

· Availability for weekends, holidays, and peak resort seasons
