Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Food & Beverage Host/Hostess at our Sharm El Sheikh location. The Food & Beverage Host/Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. They will also handle inquiries, answer phone calls with professionalism, and deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with our luxury hospitality standards. The role requires flexibility, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work comfortably in a vibrant team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Experience in managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service abilities and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction
• Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle inquiries with poise
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Fluency in English; Russian Language
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is advantage
