A dynamic opportunity to lead a multi-site, high-volume food & beverage operation in one of the world's most ambitious developments - NEOM. We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a background in cruise lines, luxury catering, or large-scale hospitality to oversee dining, events, and catering services across diverse facilities within a complex remote setup.
This is not a hotel or restaurant position, but a strategic leadership role in catering and service operations, mirroring the pace and complexity of cruise ship environments.
Role OverviewResponsibilities and expectations: Lead and oversee dining, events, and catering operations across multiple remote sites, ensuring delivery of high standards in guest experience, food quality, service flow, and event execution. Drive performance, team training, compliance, logistics, and client engagement. Innovate, plan ahead, and manage resources to deliver seamless daily service and special events. Oversee operational quality, inventory, digital systems, scheduling, reporting, and client-facing functions.
ResponsibilitiesSalary:
SAR 20,000 per month (approx. €4,950 / $5,330 NET, tax-free)
Contract:
1-year renewable contract
