A dynamic opportunity to lead a multi-site, high-volume food & beverage operation in one of the world's most ambitious developments - NEOM. We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a background in cruise lines, luxury catering, or large-scale hospitality to oversee dining, events, and catering services across diverse facilities within a complex remote setup.

This is not a hotel or restaurant position, but a strategic leadership role in catering and service operations, mirroring the pace and complexity of cruise ship environments.

Role Overview

Responsibilities and expectations: Lead and oversee dining, events, and catering operations across multiple remote sites, ensuring delivery of high standards in guest experience, food quality, service flow, and event execution. Drive performance, team training, compliance, logistics, and client engagement. Innovate, plan ahead, and manage resources to deliver seamless daily service and special events. Oversee operational quality, inventory, digital systems, scheduling, reporting, and client-facing functions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead restaurant, events, and catering operations across multiple remote sites
  • Ensure delivery of high standards in guest experience, food quality, service flow, and event execution
  • Drive performance, team training, compliance, logistics, and client engagement
  • Innovate, plan ahead, and manage resources to deliver seamless daily service and special events
  • Oversee operational quality, inventory, digital systems, scheduling, reporting, and client-facing functions
Candidate Profile
  • 12+ years in Food & Beverage leadership, ideally in cruise lines, multinational catering, or international hotel groups
  • Expertise in banqueting, events, and multi-site operations
  • Strong English communication and team management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised with strong administrative ability
  • Up-to-date Food Safety & HACCP certifications
  • Middle East or international remote site experience preferred
Benefits

Salary:
SAR 20,000 per month (approx. €4,950 / $5,330 NET, tax-free)

Contract:
1-year renewable contract
