Food & Beverage Manager - Night Club

Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the property. This includes managing restaurant, bar, banquet, and room service operations to ensure high-quality service, profitability, and guest satisfaction. The role involves team management, cost control, menu planning, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Prior Experience of Night Club will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and other F&B outlets.
  • Ensure smooth service and excellent guest experience.
  • Monitor service standards and implement improvements when needed.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff including supervisors, captains, and service associates.
  • Conduct staff scheduling and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Financial Management

  • Manage budgets, food cost, beverage cost, and labor cost.
  • Monitor sales and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Control wastage and ensure efficient inventory management.

Menu & Quality Control

  • Work with the Executive Chef on menu planning and pricing.
  • Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality.
  • Monitor presentation and service standards.

Customer Service

  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Compliance & Hygiene

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all F&B areas according to health and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management.
  • 5–10 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED9,000.00 per month
