Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of restaurants.
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, implementing improvements when needed.
Financial Management:
- Develop, monitor, and control budgets for F&B outlets.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and wastage control.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to maintain high performance.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching/feedback.
Guest Experience:
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent service across all F&B outlets.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, licensing, and company policies.
- Monitor F&B outlets for proper presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery.
Strategic Contribution:
- Assist in developing new menus, promotions, and concepts with the culinary team.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness.
- Support marketing initiatives and events to boost F&B revenue.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in F&B management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and labor regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
