Now hiring combined Food & Beverage positions, with ambition based opportunities to get involved in more areas of the business—including programming. We’re especially excited about people with an outgoing personality who enjoy engaging with guests like emceeing a post-show karaoke.

Ideal candidates are reliable, exhibit emotional maturity, are hospitality-oriented, outwardly engaging and understand what it takes to be part of an upbeat crew in the safest manner possible.
These positions share Kitchen & Bar duties with sales incentives & an emphasis on working collectively with a shared tip pool. Advancement opportunities are possible for candidates displaying interest and capability.
Candidates must:
-Have flexibility to work various shifts including weekends & public holidays
-Complete the ABC/RSVP Online certification upon hiring.
-SafeServe Certification within a year of service.
-Deliver high level of service.
-Embrace opportunities to participate in marketing initiatives.
-Assist with promotion of marketing & advertising opportunities by liaising with other managers ie menus, guest feedback, service & social media engagement.
-Exhibit interest in additional opportunities to help with programming/booking.
-Including participation and running point on activations within events like “Post Show Karaoke,” pre-show artist VIP engagements.
-Participate in brainstorming viable bar events.
Bar Operations include:
-Setting up the Café for service.
-Maintaining product knowledge of all menu offerings including beer, wine, and other beverages.
-Keeping all inventory stocked in refrigeration for most efficient service.
-Being observant of one’s surroundings in the café and venue to be able to solve any potential issues in a proactive manner.
-Demonstrating versatility in responding to guest/client requests & situations.
Kitchen operations include:
-Setting up the kitchen for service.
-Preparing orders efficiently.
-Prepping ingredients future shifts
-Keeping a clean & organized workplace.
Experience
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
