Step into the exciting world of bowling at Bowl 360, where we are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience every time. We are seeking dependable, friendly, hardworking, and team-oriented Food & Beverage team members to support daily kitchen, bar, and service operations.

Food & Beverage team members are responsible for preparing quality food, preparing and serving beverages, taking and serving guest orders, maintaining clean and organized kitchen, bar, dining, and storage areas, following food safety and responsible alcohol service standards, supporting events and parties, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.

This is a hands-on role that requires professionalism, attention to detail, cleanliness, teamwork, guest service, responsible alcohol service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily food, beverage, kitchen, bar, and guest service operations.
  • Maintain excellent guest service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Prepare, clean, and sanitize tables, counters, bar areas, kitchen areas, and guest spaces.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure orders are correct and meet company presentation and quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, runners, bartenders, servers, and management.
  • Handle payments and perform basic cashier duties when needed.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Follow all food safety, health department, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Prepare food items for the day, including sorting, chopping, washing, portioning, and storing ingredients.
  • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items according to provided menu guides.
  • Prepare salads, sauces, and other food items using proper portioning requirements.
  • Ensure all dishes are cooked to company standards and presented properly.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
  • Check customer identification and verify legal drinking age before serving alcohol.
  • Monitor guests for responsible alcohol service and notify management of any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar area.
  • Restock beer, liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, bar supplies, and related inventory as needed.
  • Properly store food, beverage, and bar items at the correct temperatures and in the proper areas.
  • Restock the kitchen, bar, service areas, and storeroom at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Prepare food and beverages for parties, events, leagues, open bowling, weekly promotions, and special programs.
  • Remain focused on incoming orders from wait staff, guests, bar tickets, and online ordering platforms.
  • Verify online orders are prepared according to menu guides, plated or bagged correctly, and include all utensils, add-ons, and required items.
  • Ensure online orders are completed in a timely manner for drivers and pickup.
  • Wash dishes consistently throughout the shift.
  • Keep kitchen, bar, and service floors swept and mopped at all times.
  • Empty trash cans as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize food prep areas, kitchen workstations, bar tops, equipment, glassware areas, tables, service stations, and storage areas.
  • Clean griddles, ovens, kitchen equipment, bar equipment, storage areas, and other assigned areas.
  • Maintain clean cooking, working, bar, and service areas at all times.
  • Detail clean kitchen, bar, service, and storage areas as directed by management or ownership.
  • Assist with running food and beverages to guests when needed.
  • Assist with bussing tables and resetting areas between guests.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as requested, including cleaning glass, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, and other duties assigned by management.
  • Organize food, beverage, bar, and party supplies as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts, including food, beverages, beer, liquor, mixers, paper goods, party supplies, and related items.
  • Help monitor and control inventory to reduce waste.
  • Maintain strong communication with management, staff, vendors, and guests.
  • Use kitchen and bar equipment safely, including proper knife handling.
  • Monitor guest activity to help ensure safety rules are followed, including no crossing foul lines and one ball at a time.
  • Immediately notify management of any situation that cannot be addressed or handled.
  • Keep phones away at all times while on the clock.
  • Cross-train in other areas of the business as time allows.
  • Assist in other departments when needed to support overall center operations.
  • Report to work in proper uniform, on time, ready and able to perform all shift duties.

Required Training

Food & Beverage team members must complete all company-required training in a timely manner, including but not limited to:

  • Anti-Harassment training through BPAA
  • NYC Food Handler Certificate or Florida Food Handler Certificate, depending on location
  • E-Tips Certification or responsible alcohol service certification, if applicable
  • Food safety and sanitation training
  • Any other required courses for the position

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older , for all position.
  • Kitchen, food prep, restaurant, serving, bar, bartending, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
  • Bartending or alcohol service experience preferred for bar-related positions.
  • Serving or customer service experience preferred for server-related positions.
  • Bowling, entertainment, or family entertainment center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to follow recipes, portion guides, drink recipes, and food preparation instructions.
  • Knowledge of basic food safety, health regulations, sanitation practices, and responsible alcohol service.
  • Ability to take accurate orders and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work hands-on with staff during busy periods.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, detail, and order accuracy.
  • Reliable, professional, courteous, and team-oriented.
  • Ability to stay focused during busy periods.
  • Ability to communicate with management and team members.
  • Ability to apply common sense and good judgment to daily job duties and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Previous serving, restaurant, hospitality, bar, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, polite, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and order accuracy.
  • Ability to work well with kitchen staff, bartenders, runners, managers, and other team members.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
  • Must maintain a neat, professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Bowling, entertainment, or family entertainment center experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to carry food, beverages, trays, and service items as needed.
  • Ability to bend, reach, clean, bus tables, and move throughout the center during shifts.
  • Ability to work in a busy, active entertainment environment

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
