Food & Beverage Trainer

Job Summary:

Zia-ul-Haq & Sons Pvt.ltd is looking Food & Beverage Trainer who will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of food & beverage staff. The role ensures that all employees adhere to company standards, HACCP principles, and food safety regulations while maintaining excellence in hospitality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for Food & Beverage service, kitchen, and catering staff.
• Conduct regular sessions on food hygiene, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Provide Train the Trainer workshops to develop internal trainers and supervisors.
• Evaluate staff performance during training and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all team members are compliant with company and industry quality standards.
• Collaborate with the operations and quality assurance departments to identify training needs.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
• Conduct refresher courses to reinforce SOPs, hygiene, and customer service excellence.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new staff in food & beverage operations.
• Keep updated with new hospitality trends, techniques, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certification from a recognized Hospitality Institute in Train the Trainer.
• Certification in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and Food Safety is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in a similar training or operations role within the hospitality or catering industry.
• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B service standards, food hygiene practices, and guest service.
• Proficient in MS Office and capable of creating training material and reports.
