Food & Beverages Development Manager- GCC Country – US$ 70,000

The candidate must be Degree holder (Business, Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or similar). Postgraduate qualification advantageous (not mandatory if experience is strong). They must be Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in the negotiation or brokerage of franchising, real estate development and/or the hospitality / F&B / retail sector is advantageous Frequent travel within GCC Countries will be required.

Responsibilities will include negotiate, and close new F&B growth deals in GCC Countries. across restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, catering, and allied hospitality concepts—through management agreements, franchise deals, JVs, leases, and strategic partnerships.
