Masala Recipe Expert / Food Technologist Required

Our Principal in Bangladesh is looking for a highly skilled Food Technologist / Masala Recipe Expert to join their growing spice manufacturing setup.

We are seeking a recipe development professional who has hands-on experience with well-known national masala brands in Pakistan and can formulate authentic, consistent, and market-winning Masala Mix Recipes (such as Karahi, Biryani, Nihari, Qorma, Chaat, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and standardize spice blend recipes with authentic taste and aroma.
• Work closely with R&D and production teams for scaling up formulations.
• Ensure quality, taste consistency, and shelf stability of masala products.
• Innovate new blends based on market trends and regional preferences.

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Industrial Chemistry or related field.
• Proven experience in recipe formulation for branded masala or seasoning products.
• Strong understanding of spice ratios, processing, and sensory evaluation.
• Experience in national or multinational spice brands will be preferred.
