Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, camera-confident Culinary Content Creator & Social Media Strategist to bring our brand to life online. This role is responsible for creating highly engaging food content featuring marinades, seasonings, rubs, and sauces. Also, building community across social platforms, and driving brand awareness and sales through compelling storytelling and strategic posting.
The ideal candidate is both a skilled home cook (or foodie) and a social media expert who understands what makes content go viral.
Responsibilities
Culinary Content Creation
- Develop original recipes using marinades, seasonings, and sauces
- Film and produce high-quality cooking videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Demonstrate creative, easy, and healthy meal ideas
- Showcase product versatility (grilling, air frying, baking, meal prep, etc.)
- Create step-by-step tutorials and short-form engaging clips
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube accounts
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar
- Write engaging captions and strong call-to-actions
- Optimize posting times and platform-specific strategies
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance
- Produce high-quality visual content including photography, videography, and graphic design using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software to showcase food in appealing ways.
- Manage content across multiple platforms using content management systems such as WordPress and other digital tools; optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and reach.
- Write clear, persuasive copy for blog posts, social media captions, product descriptions, white papers, and email marketing campaigns that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability; analyze website traffic and engagement metrics using Google Analytics to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing manager on social media management and marketing automation initiatives to amplify campaigns through social media marketing and e-commerce channels..
Experience
- Proven experience in content creation for food or lifestyle brands with a strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and content management systems such as WordPress.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro), HTML/CSS basics for web optimization is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content strategies that drive audience growth across social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Pinterest.
- Experience in digital marketing tactics including email marketing campaigns, social media management, content marketing initiatives, and B2B marketing is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online food retailing is a plus; ability to produce professional food photography and videography that highlights product appeal.

- Demonstrated success growing and engaging social media accounts
- Skilled in short-form video creation and editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Understanding of food trends and viral content strategies
- Knowledge of analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Background in culinary arts or food entrepreneurship
- Experience working with CPG food brands
- Knowledge of retail-driven marketing strategies
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
