Food Operations Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service smoothie bar. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our kitchen and dining areas are clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, preparing food items, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. At times this is an independent position, so candidate must feel comfortable and confident working on their own.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the Clover POS system.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Follow all food handling procedures to guarantee the quality and safety of food products.

Experience

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is essential for maintaining health standards in the kitchen.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are necessary for success in this role.
