Bloom & Bean is a floral-inspired coffee and lifestyle café focused on fresh, beautiful food and warm hospitality. We are looking for a Food Prep / Line Cook to join our opening team and help bring our menu to life.

This role focuses on preparing ingredients and assembling café-style dishes such as toasts, salads, bowls, and sandwiches in a clean, organized kitchen environment.

Position Details

Position Title: Food Prep / Line Cook
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: $16–$18 per hour + tips
Location: Mount Pleasant, SC

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients for salads, toast toppings, sauces, and other menu items

Assemble café-style food items such as toasts, bowls, parfaits, and salads

Follow portion sizes, recipes, and presentation standards

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Monitor ingredient levels and communicate when items need to be restocked

Follow all health department and food safety guidelines

Work closely with the barista team to ensure smooth service during busy hours
