Food Production & Delivery Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Production & Delivery Associate to support our daily operations. This role involves packaging prepared foods, assembling orders, and delivering products to retail stores and local businesses. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working both in a kitchen/production environment and on the road.

This role involves packaging prepared foods, assembling orders, and delivering products to retail stores and local businesses. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working both in a kitchen/production environment and on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack and label prepared food items according to company standards
- Assemble and organize orders for stores and wholesale customers
- Ensure all orders are complete, correct, and ready for timely distribution
- Load, transport, and deliver orders to retail locations and local businesses
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and staging areas
- Follow all food safety and handling guidelines
- Communicate any order discrepancies or delivery issues promptly
- Perform basic vehicle checks and ensure safe, responsible driving at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Previous experience in food service, delivery, or warehouse work is a plus
Work Environment:
- Combination of kitchen/food prep area and driving/delivery work
- May require early mornings, weekends, or flexible scheduling
Compensation & Benefits:
- 18-20$/ hour
