About the Role

As the Food Production & Quality Manager, you will oversee production processes, quality assurance systems, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency within food manufacturing operations.

You will ensure that all products meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards while optimizing production performance and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in food production and quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production operations and workflows
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Implement and maintain quality control systems (HACCP, ISO, GMP)
• Monitor production efficiency, output, and waste reduction
• Conduct quality inspections and product testing procedures
• Lead production and quality assurance teams
• Investigate and resolve quality or production issues
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure regulatory compliance with food safety authorities
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

• Understanding of HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry is an advantage

Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
