Food Production Technician

Green Labs is hiring a Food Production Technician to join our liquid manufacturing team. This position involves preparing emulsions, mixing syrups and flavor blends, operating semi-automatic bottling machines, and maintaining strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols.

Applicants must be 21+ and have experience in food, beverage, or kitchen production.
Examples: bakery, dairy, commercial kitchen, food prep, beverage bottling, brewery, or any food-processing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and mix liquid ingredients following written formulas
• Assist in making stable emulsions (training provided)
• Operate semi-automatic filling and bottling equipment
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift
• Wash, clean, and sanitize tools, equipment, and work areas frequently
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols to prevent cross-contamination
• Record batch data and follow production guidelines
• Lift and carry ingredients and finished product (up to 40–50 lbs)

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, beverage production, or commercial kitchens

(This is required — forklift-only or warehouse-only backgrounds will not be considered.)

• Strong focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and written procedures
• Able to stand most of the shift and lift 40–50 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team
• Willingness to learn emulsions, mixing, and equipment operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mixing tanks, batching, or bottling equipment
• Knowledge of basic food safety or sanitation practices
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
