Concord Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Food Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement for our food and beverage operations. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and high-quality products to support exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage all food and beverage purchasing, maintaining quality, consistency, and cost controls
- Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and establish supplier relationships to maximize value
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries to meet operational needs
- Collaborate with chefs, restaurant managers, and event teams to forecast demand and menu requirements
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and inventory for financial reporting
- Analyze purchasing trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement best practices
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all procurement activities
- Participate in budget planning and work to achieve financial targets for F&B operations
- Support team development by coaching and mentoring staff involved in procurement
- Experience in food and beverage purchasing, hospitality, or restaurant operations
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement software
- Commitment to cost control, quality, and supplier relationships
