Food Runner

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Ensure each dish is served at the correct temperature and according to order specifications.
• Communicate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Assist servers in clearing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining the dining area’s cleanliness and organization.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer basic guest questions or direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Support the service team during peak periods to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle all items with care, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
