Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Ensure each dish is served at the correct temperature and according to order specifications.
- Communicate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Assist servers in clearing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining the dining area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu to answer basic guest questions or direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Support the service team during peak periods to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Handle all items with care, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
