Food Runner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure that all orders are complete and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate order delivery.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times.
• Provide excellent guest services by responding promptly to requests or concerns.
• Support the culinary team during busy periods, including assisting with banquet setups as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is advantageous, particularly in high-volume environments.
