Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and passion for exceptional service will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will expertly handle food and beverage orders, craft signature drinks, and deliver outstanding customer service in a lively environment. Whether you're serving in a fine dining setting, a bustling nightclub, or a sophisticated banquet hall, your enthusiasm and professionalism will be key to elevating our guests' experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food handling, beverage service, and hospitality operations while working in a vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
  • Mix and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
  • Assist with food presentation, serving dishes efficiently during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions
  • Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously without compromising quality of service

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments requiring effective time management and multitasking
  • Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing
  • Prior experience in brewing or catering environments is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
