Founded by hospitality veterans Angel and Finesse Luna, San Pancho is backed by decades of restaurant leadership. From their early careers with Lettuce Entertain You of Chicago to more than ten years running a beloved downtown Wayzata favorite, they bring deep experience in both operations and people-first culture.

As a family-owned, independent restaurant, we value integrity, growth, and genuine hospitality—and we’re looking for team members who want to be part of something meaningful.
