WEEKEND AVAILIBILITY IS A MUST FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAYS
Duties
- Efficiently deliver prepared food from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.
- Support food handling procedures by adhering to food safety guidelines during service and cleanup.
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate orders and special requests.
- Help with basic food preparation tasks when needed, including organizing utensils, condiments, and side items.
- Ensure all food service areas meet cleanliness standards, including sanitizing tables and workstations regularly.
- Provide exceptional guest services by responding promptly to guest needs and inquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Assist in banquet or large event setups when required, supporting the overall hospitality experience.
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and basic cooking or kitchen experience is advantageous.
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing.
- Previous bussing or food running roles in hotels or banquet settings are a plus.
- Strong communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality will help you succeed in this energetic role.
