Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations or seating arrangements efficiently
• Assist servers by delivering food promptly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
• Support the front-of-house team with guest needs, including answering questions about the menu or restaurant policies
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas, including bussing tables and organizing service stations
• Use POS systems such as Skytab pos to process orders or assist with check-outs when needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food safety standards are upheld during food handling and preparation

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and food safety regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during busy service hours
• Experience with POS systems such as Skytab is a plus
• Familiarity with bussing, serving, or banquet experience enhances your ability to excel in this role
• A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success
