Food Safety and Quality Assurance Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control within an FDA/GMP-regulated environment, preferably in vitamins, supplements, or natural food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SQF, FDA, HACCP, GMP, FSMA, and food safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with plant production and QC testing preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
