Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- 1–3 years’ experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control within an FDA/GMP-regulated environment, preferably in vitamins, supplements, or natural food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of SQF, FDA, HACCP, GMP, FSMA, and food safety standards.
- Hands-on experience with plant production and QC testing preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP experience a plus.
