Food Safety & HSE Officer

  • Responsible for ensuring overall hygiene and food safety activities in the receiving, storage, preparation, cooking, delivery, and display and serving area etc.
  • Conduct periodical visits to the kitchen & project sites to ensure the Hygiene and food safety levels as per ISO 22000 and HACCP Procedures.
  • Evaluate methods & implement the corrective actions by coordinating with Operation Manager.
  • Monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff and take corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain a satisfactory waste disposal system.
  • Check quality of food after preparation, packing, delivery, and display etc.
  • Responsible for quality and safety of the food produced.
  • Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records, including CCP Records, Cleaning and Sanitizing Records, Food Safety Verification Records, Internal Audit Records, Calibration Records etc. as per FSHSE Manual and Master List of Documented Information.
  • Conduct Daily, Weekly and Monthly Food safety verifications and audits and submit report.
  • Reviewing FIFO (First in First Out) method and ensure that itis applying effectively by concerned
  • Conduct supplier audits and evaluation in terms of Food Safety Parameters along with Purchase Manager.
  • Manage and Monitor nonconformities with respect to the ISO 22000 procedures & IMS System & policy
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S)

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
