Food sales associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Food Sales Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting food products, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Promote and upsell food products to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and organized.
• Monitor product expiry dates and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with company policies.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Support store operations, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years customer service or food sales experience in retail, preferably in supermarkets or convenience stores.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or Holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and handling is an advantage.
• • Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
• • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or retail is a plus.
• Accomodation, Transportation and kitchen facilities are provided by company.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
