Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Food Scientist to develop new food products, improve existing formulations, and ensure quality and safety standards. The candidate should have strong knowledge of food processing, research, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve food products based on market demand and customer requirements.
- Conduct research on raw materials, ingredients, and food processing techniques.
- Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with food regulations such as Food Safety and Standards Authority of India guidelines.
- Perform laboratory testing, shelf-life studies, and product stability analysis.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and marketing teams for product launches.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality control processes.
- Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes.
Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Knowledge of food processing, preservation, and packaging.
- Understanding of quality control and food safety standards.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Problem-solving and innovation mindset.
