<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and setting up dining areas to ensure a clean and organized environment
• Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms

<Requirements>

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively and handle diverse situations professionally
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes
• Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess duties is advantageous
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including guest services, food industry standards, and food safety protocols
• OpenTable or other reservation system experience is beneficial for managing guest reservations smoothly

Pay: $15.00 per hour
