Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Server at Tacocraft Taqueria & Tequila Bar, located in Plantation, FL. As a Food Server, you will take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining menu items, handling special requests, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. You will also be expected to understand our menu offerings, including craft cocktails and tequila options, to provide recommendations and enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience and address their needs effectively.
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service to ensure smooth and efficient table-side service and adherence to quality standards.
• An understanding or interest in Cooking to accurately represent the flavors and ingredients of menu items is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure.
• Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed by the restaurant schedule.
