Food Server

<Responsibilities>

Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain your section by bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas efficiently
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and providing exceptional customer service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operations
Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary options to assist guests effectively

<Experience>

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining settings
Familiarity with POS systems is highly advantageous
Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices is essential
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while managing time effectively
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy are required
Prior experience in host/host roles or serving positions will be considered a plus
