<Responsibilities>
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a positive attitude
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experiences and increase sales
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain your section by bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas efficiently
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues quickly, and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary options to assist guests effectively
<Experience>
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining settings
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly advantageous
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices is essential
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments while managing time effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy are required
- Prior experience in host/host roles or serving positions will be considered a plus
