Food Server

<Responsibilities>

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth and welcoming arrival experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and adhering to food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while providing clear receipts and change
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest comfort

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and reservations management
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
• Previous experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is advantageous
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is a plus for understanding food preparation processes
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth service flow
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or night shifts as needed in a lively hospitality setting
