• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting dining areas to ensure a clean, organized environment
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to foster positive guest relations
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or food safety tasks as needed in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
