Ta’Chingon Flavors of Mexico is a popular and growing full-service Mexican restaurant that has been open for 13 months, and we continue to get busier every week. Because of our growth, we are currently looking for experienced restaurant servers who are interested in working in a hybrid Server / Bartender position.

We are proud to be local, Vegas-born restaurant. We offer free staff meals while working, and receive discounts when visiting the restaurant with family or friends on their day off.

We are not a fast-food restaurant. We are a full-service restaurant focused on quality food, hospitality, and creating a great dining experience for our guests.

We already have a strong team in place, and we are looking for the right people to join our team as we continue to grow.

While experience is important, what matters most to us are great personalities, work ethic, and people who fit well with our team culture.

Position Overview

This is a Server / Bartender hybrid role in a busy, high-energy restaurant environment. Team members will provide excellent guest service, take food and drink orders, and assist behind the bar when needed.

• Previous restaurant server experience required
• Bartending experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right candidate)

Required Certifications

• TAM Card
• Southern Nevada Health Card
• Sheriff Card preferred (if you don’t have it yet, it will be required to obtain it)
