Food Service - Airport VIP Lounge

“The Lounge” at Colorado Springs is a new VIP lounge located at Colorado Springs. It is owned and operated by Global Lounge Network, a Miami based company that specializes in building and operating lounges throughout the world.

We are seeking candidates interested in service attendant positions in the lounge. The description below indicates the general overall requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from vendors, load and unload deliveries.
• Stock supplies in assigned location upon delivery including refrigerators and freezers
• Clean dishes, glassware, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils using dishwashing machine
• Prepare and plate hot and cold food, salads, sandwiches, snack and desserts for buffet area
• Set up buffets in the lounge daily
• Maintain stock levels, dates and rotates and checks temperature of product
• Follow proper hygiene standards and ensure high levels of cleanliness in accordance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Ensure a clean workstation and all storage areas including refrigerators and freezers. Clean kitchen equipment after use
• Floors are kept free of dirt and paper, sweeping every hour or as needed
• Vacuum carpet areas regularly as and when needed
• Spot clean walls daily including kitchen
• Perform cleaning duties after each shift or as required
• Ensure all operating activities follow company standards and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
