Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Food Service Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day food service operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food service operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Supervise service flow and support staff to maintain high customer service standards
• Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely order delivery
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Assist in scheduling staff and managing shift operations
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in food service, restaurant coordination, or hospitality roles
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
