Position will primarily be scheduled for Day shift, with some weekend supervision.

The Food Service Supervisor will oversee the food service operation. Ensures compliance with department regulations, and procedures in conformance with administrative policies and accredited agencies. Assists in developing standards for organization and supervision of food service. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Training: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. ServSafe certification preferred but not required.

Experience: At least one year of experience in preparing patient formulas and serving diet foods
