Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and portioning food items according to established recipes, standards, and dietary requirements.
• Serve meals and beverages with professionalism, maintaining a high standard of presentation and accuracy.
• Support banquet and catering setups by arranging and clearing service areas efficiently.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and smooth meal delivery.
• Keep dining areas, serving stations, and kitchen workspaces clean, stocked, and well-organized.
• Safely handle and store food products while following proper food handling procedures.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or fine dining environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in catering, banquet, or event service is an advantage.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and dietary requirements is desirable.
• Experience as a barista or in beverage service is beneficial.
• Background in hospitality or related fields will be considered an asset.
