Duties

• Prepare and serve dessert items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and dietary guidelines.
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
• Make hot and iced espresso drinks
• focus on presentation & portioning to standards.
• Support baking and decorating of desserts
• Handle food safely by following proper hygiene practices and maintaining cleanliness in work areas & whole store.
• Restock supplies & stock for each station including on floor, behind counter and in kitchen as needed to ensure smooth flow.
• Collaborate and support with team members to deliver seamless quality service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service/industry is a must
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential
• Barista experience or familiarity is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Well organized & harding working individuals
• Team players are key for our small business

Pay: $19.13 per hour
