Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
• Assist in food preparation, ensuring quality standards are met and food safety protocols are followed
• Serve food and beverages efficiently at various service stations, including catering and banquet events
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in compliance with health regulations
• Support catering operations by setting up, serving, and clearing food during events or special functions
• Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy meal periods and special events

Skills

• Prior experience in restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards
• Experience in food preparation, including blending, juicing, peeling and cutting fruits and vegetables
• Familiarity with food handling safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
• Barista or hospitality experience enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest interactions
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
