Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines
• Assist with food handling, portioning, and meal assembly to ensure quality and efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, equipment, and dining areas regularly
• Buss tables by clearing dishes, resetting tables, and managing waste disposal to keep the dining space tidy
• Greet guests warmly as a host or hostess, providing friendly in-person customer service and answering questions about menu options

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and proper handling procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests and team members
• Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order processing accurately
• Experience with dishwashing, cleaning protocols, and maintaining sanitation standards in a kitchen environment

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
