About the Job:

This position will be working in McKeesport High School Cafeteria.

Duties may include:

• Assist in creating a coffee bar/ smoothie menu.
• Making a variety of coffee beverages and smoothies in accordance to the NSLP Smart Snack requirements. Training will be provided.
• Making a variety of bistro type sandwich and salads for teachers and administrators.
• Sanitation in conjunction with USDA and state guidelines
• HAACP and health department regulation compliance
• Assisting to monitor costs and inventory controls

Qualifications:

• The ability to obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
• A positive and consistent work ethic
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A willingness to learn and grow within your position
• MUST HAVE BARISTA TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE.
• Computer literacy preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements May Include:

• Standing for long periods of time
• Sitting, pushing, pulling
• Lifting up to and in excess of 40lbs
• Walking
