Food-Tech - Business Development Manager (BDM)

NOTE: Only candidates with prior experience in FoodTech or the F&B industry will be considered for this role. Candidates proficient in Russian or Mandarin will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Restaurant Acquisition & Partnerships

  • Identify and target potential restaurant partners across key geographies.
  • Pitch EatEasy’s value proposition to restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, including commission structures, onboarding fees,

and promotional commitments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant stakeholders to drive long-term

partnerships.

  • Partner and sign contract with new restaurants every month in different cities of United Arab

Emirates.

2. Onboarding & Menu Management

  • Collect restaurant menus, brand assets (logos, images), and operational details (timings,

delivery zones, packaging).

  • Ensure menus are formatted, standardized, and compliant with EatEasy platform

requirements.

  • Coordinate with the operations/tech team to upload and integrate menus into the EatEasy

app.

  • Oversee product photography requirements (food and brand images) to enhance menu

visibility.

  • Review live menus post-integration to ensure accuracy in pricing, availability, and

categorization.

3. Partner Management & Growth

  • Act as the single point of contact for restaurant partners post-onboarding.
  • Monitor daily order performance, cancellations, and service-related issues.
  • Share periodic performance reports (sales, orders, customer feedback) with restaurant

partners.

  • Suggest improvements such as menu engineering, discounts, CPC campaigns, and

promotional visibility to boost sales.

  • Resolve escalations from restaurants related to payouts, order disputes, or operational

challenges.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with the operations team to ensure smooth order flow and timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for payment reconciliations and timely settlements to

restaurant partners.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, featured placements, and restaurant

promotions.

  • Provide feedback to the product/tech team for improving partner experience and

onboarding efficiency.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain trackers for signed restaurants, live outlets, and sales performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly pipeline reports for management review.
  • Achieve targets for new restaurant acquisitions and monthly active accounts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and refine acquisition strategy.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
