Food Technologist (Research and Development)

We are seeking an experienced Research & Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing R&D strategies and driving activities that align with the company’s objectives, specifically within the food sector. You will actively contribute to the development of new food products, identify customer needs, and enhance existing food offerings to meet market demands and improve overall product quality, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage research and development activities for new food products and processes.
• Oversee the testing and optimization of food formulations to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth transition from R&D to full-scale production.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest food industry trends and innovations to enhance product development.
• Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations during the R&D process.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of R&D experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in food production management.
• Strong understanding of safety and sanitation regulations in food manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
