Food Truck Attendant

We are looking for experienced Staff Members for our Food Truck. Shifts are Tuesday through Saturday 7am to 6pm with some variations on special event days. Duties would include making cocktails &, N/A beverages, light cooking and food prep, maintaining clean member and work areas, stocking duties, opening set up through breaking down and locking up. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you should be able to multi-task and think on your feet. You should have good communication skills and be able to keep calm under pressure. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and is able to work with little supervision.
