614 Fully Loaded is a unique food truck with a 90s hip-hop vibe that serves gourmet loaded potatoes, including baked potatoes, fresh cut fries and deep-fried skins, as well as jumbo all beef hot dogs and popcorn chicken baskets served with fresh cut fries, loaded high with fresh topping options such as seasoned steak, grilled chicken, bacon, veggies and cheeses. Our small business is growing fast and we are eager to find team members that want to join in this summer.

We are currently seeking a dependable, customer-focused Food Truck Driver/Team Member to join our growing team. This position is responsible for safely transporting the food truck to and from events, assisting with setup and breakdown, and helping prepare and serve food while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our food truck operation, you will play an essential role in delivering delicious meals and exceptional customer service. This position requires a passion for food, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck, including food preparation areas and equipment.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, including tracking supplies and restocking as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during busy service times.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all truck employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees.
• Maintain a professional appearance and display a positive, helpful attitude.

Skills

• Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving and maneuvering a large food truck and trailer in various environments.
• Experience in a restaurant or quick-service fast food environment is preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation procedures.
• Ability to prepare food items quickly while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Smoke-free, Drug-free.
