Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Food Truck Staff member and be part of a vibrant food service environment. We are seeking an individual with a passion for providing great food, and exceptional customer service skills to contribute to our mobile culinary experience.

The seasonal position would be working food truck and vending operations for various events throughout the summer. Must be available to work weekends.

Earnings include hourly earnings and tips shared during shift. Must be able to work independently in a fast paced Customer Service and Food Preparation environment and with a team and pass a background check. Must have transportation to and from the mobile site.

Responsibilities:

- Hours typically range 9am - to midnight, Days are flexible
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items in a timely manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck workspace
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service

- Food preparation

Skills:
- Proficient in food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong sales acumen to promote menu items effectively
- Prior experience in customer service roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with grocery store, restaurant, or food service environments
- Understanding of food safety protocols and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality service
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
